With several locations already, including our personal favourite, Bali, also, Byron Bay and Port Douglas, there is a location sure to appeal to you.

Each location offers something slightly different yet still manages to leave you refreshed and rested from our combination of health promoting services like yoga, meditation, personal training, mindset, nutrition & lifestyle seminars.

What makes us different?


Revive Health & Wellbeing came about from a life long passion for healthy living and movement, firstly for myself, then to also inspire others to follow.
We started out offering personal training to a wide range of clientele, then expanding on to open our first Group Training studio, and further on to open up our second studio, where we are to this day.

In early 2014, we noticed that we were working with our personal clients on an hourly basis, 2-3 times per week. We were seeing results, but not as quickly or effectively as we could have. If only I could have access to them 24/7. From this thought came an idea, to run luxury health retreats where we could help our clients learn, implement and understand the lessons we had been trying to deliver to them. By doing 8 day retreats, we would have the ability to help them break bad habits and cement new ones in their place.

From that day, we have averaged 3 retreats per year, venturing to places like Byron Bay, Port Douglas, Canggu (Bali), Nusa Dua (Bali), Bingin Beach (Bali). We love taking people away so they can take a break from life, relax, and learn how to live a sustainably healthy and happy life.

Our main drive is to educate more people to live healthier and happier lives so they too can one day pass it on to their children and their broader community, to teach them how they too can be healthier and enjoy life more.

We have personally taken dozens of people just like YOU away on one of our retreats and only have plans to increase them in the future.

Sharing our passion is what motivates us to learn and deliver :) Combined with a quality product to deliver and we offer an industry leading retreat.

We use a variety of different tools to help take you from where you are to where you would rather be. 

Our strong emphasis on total health and not just one area of it helps us to help more people achieve great results. Combining yoga, meditation, personal training (group and 1:1), as well as our 1:1 health consultations, and our health, wellness and lifestyle seminars, you will not only leave feeling refreshed, but also far more educated and motivated to continue on with it in your daily life and help to inspire others to do the same.

Every year we take people away to tropical locations all across the world to guide them through a week of healthy living, education and implementation to give them the tools and confidence to continue on at home, with their new form of higher living.

We often have retreat participants booking in for an annual trip away to give them the reset and boost they need to stick with their healthy lifestyle, and get them back on track.

Offering high quality meals, as part of a well balanced diet that will help you remove all the things from your diet that are holding you back, at the same time as giving you all the vital foods you need to achieve your goals. 

We endorse a paleo-style approach to nutrition, yet at the same time, try and educate you so you won't need to stick to any form of 'diet' to achieve proper health. We encourage people to make healthy choices, listen to their body and eat right for their body type, and what their body needs, not wants. 

Our philosophy towards nutrition is to recreate a passion for healthy wholefoods, and to retrain your habits to remove the contaminants like sugar, gluten, dairy (if your body does not tolerate it well), and to replace it with fresh, raw vegetables, high quality meats, seafood and also some fruits and nuts. On some of our retreats we also promote a 100% vegetarian diet to help people detox and cleanse, both physically and mentally.

Avoiding things like gluten and dairy have an immediate positive impact on each person while they are on retreat, and shows them that by removing it, they can already start to see and feel instant results. 

This then motivates them to keep it out of their diet and also to implement as much of what they learn into their day-to-day lives.

personal trainer & health coach

Liam began his career in health and fitness in 2006, where he ran his own personal training business, specialising in working with people of all different ages and levels. Back in 2012, he opened the doors to his very own boutique personal training studio. 

Since then, Liam has been building a series of health & wellness retreats all around the world. 

Liam has a strong passion for health and takes a holistic approach when helping others, teaching them how to heal and promote proper health using nutrition. 

Brodie Rees

Yoga & meditation instructor

Coming from a dance background, teaching dance and movement classes since 2002, Brodie found yoga when working in the corporate world. She used it as a way to help reduce her stress, escape the everyday grind, and reconnect with herself. 

It ignited a fire inside her that led her to study yoga, back in 2012, and immerse her life in it. Her passion comes through when Brodie takes you through your daily yoga and meditation practices. 

With a very similar approach as Liam to health and wellness, the combination works very well in helping the retreat participants in their journey to health.
